This listing is for a genuine Campagnolo Ekar Ergopower left/front hydraulic brake + shift lever (model EP21-EKD13L4). The unit comes with the lever body, integrated flat-mount 140 mm caliper, hose, and hardware.
Built for Campagnolo’s 1×13 Ekar gravel drivetrain, this lever + brake combo gives crisp shifting and dependable hydraulic braking using mineral oil. The Ergopower design offers adjustable reach, Vari-Cushion™ hoods with laser-textured grip, and the Lever 3 redesign for better thumb access from multiple hand positions.
Ideal for replacing or upgrading the front/left side of a full Ekar groupset. Please confirm frame brake mount (flat mount) and rotor size compatibility (140 mm, or adapt with mount hardware) before purchase.
