This is a genuine Campagnolo Ekar Ergopower hydraulic brake + shift lever assembly (right / rear), model EP21-EKD13R4. The system is built for Campagnolo’s 1×13-speed Ekar drivetrain. You get the lever unit, built-in caliper (flat-mount, 140 mm rotor interface), filled brake hose, and included hardware.
Designed for gravel and mixed terrain use, this combination lever + brake gives you precise 13-speed shifting (using Campagnolo’s Ultra-Shift mechanism) and modulation-rich hydraulic braking using mineral oil. The lever features adjustable reach, ergonomic Vari-Cushion™ hoods with laser-textured grip, and a revamped Lever 3 shape for improved thumb access from various hand positions.
